  2. This document is a Rental Request form. Rental requests may not be submitted more than One (1) Calendar Year prior to the requested Rental Date. No Rental Requests shall be secure until the required deposit is made and the Township has an executed Rental Agreement.

    Do you plan to utilize the kitchen with the knowledge that the kitchen is limited to warming, serving, and clean up capabilities only (shall include the Renter’s use of Sterno or electric warming trays)

  6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. RENTAL FEES
      1. Non-Residents of Lenox Township: $75.00 per hour
      2. Residents of Lenox Township: $50.00 per hour
    2. PAYMENT TERMS
      1. The Renter agrees to pay the full rental amount upon signing the Rental Agreement
      2. Payments must be made by cash, credit card, or other approved methods as determined by the Township.
      3. In the event of cancellation, the Township reserves the right to retain a portion of the rental fee as outlined in the cancellation policy.
    3. RESERVATION AND HOURS OF USE
      1. Available rental hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, times may vary with the Supervisor’s written permission.
      2. The Facility must be vacated promptly at the conclusion of the rental period.
      3. The Renter must reserve the Facility in advance. All reservations are subject to availability.
      4. The Township reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion.
    4. EMPLOYEE PRESENCE
      1. An employee of Lenox Township will be present during the entire rental period to oversee the use of the Facility, ensure compliance with policies, and provide necessary assistance.
      2. The Renter is responsible for respecting the authority of the Township employee present during the event.
    5. FACILITY RULES
      1. The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests and attendees comply with the Facility’s rules and regulations.
      2. A Beer and Wine Permit may be obtained from the Township for use in the Facility. The Renter must request this permit in advance and comply with all Township and state regulations regarding the service and consumption of alcohol on the premises.
      3. No other alcoholic beverages, including spirits, are permitted without prior written approval from the Township.
      4. No smoking, illegal substances, or activities prohibited by law are allowed on the premises.
      5. The Facility must be left in the same condition as it was found, and the Renter will be held responsible for any damages to the Facility or its property.
      6. The Renter is responsible for any personal property brought onto the premises.
      7. The Renter is responsible for cleanup and cleanup supplies.
      8. The Renter is responsible for providing their own serving items.
    6. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
      1. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lenox Township and its employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of the Facility.
      2. The Township may require the Renter to provide proof of liability insurance for certain types of events.
    7. CANCELATIONS
      1. Cancellations must be made in writing at least Seven (7) days before the event for a full refund.
      2. Cancellations made less than Seven (7) days prior to the event may result in a partial refund or forfeiture of the rental fee, at the Township’s discretion.
      3. Cancellations made on a non-Township Business Day shall not be considered Cancelled until the next Township Business Day.
    8. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
      1. Additional charges may apply for extended hours or special requests.
      2. Any necessary cleaning fees or security deposits, if applicable, will be specified at the time of booking.
    9. AGREEMENT MODIFICATION
      1. A Security Deposit fee of $200.00, which shall be refunded 7-10 days after the rental, shall be required as the Renter will be held responsible for any damage to the Facility or property.
      2. A charge of $50.00 will be collected at the signing of the rental agreement for use of the kitchen with the knowledge that the kitchen is limited to warming, serving, and clean up capabilities only (shall include the Renter’s use of Sterno or electric warming trays).
      3. The Rental Agreement may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.
  7. By submitting this document, you agree to the above Terms and Conditions and understand that no Rental Request is secure until the Township receives the required payment and an executed Rental Agreement.
