Lenox Township is pleased to share an important milestone in our community’s history. At December meeting, the Lenox Township Board of Trustees unanimously approved Resolution 2025-4, officially incorporating Lenox Township as the Charter Township of Lenox.
This achievement represents a significant step forward for our community. Charter Township status strengthens our local governance framework, enhances our ability to protect and serve residents, provides important protections against annexation by cities and villages, and positions Lenox for continued growth and long-term success.
